What we are seeking:




Property Profile

Well-located land and properties with value-adding opportunities through new development, redevelopment and/or re–leasing


Product Type

Land, office, flex, R&D, industrial, retail


Location

Western United States, with a primary focus on Northern California


Size

$5-30 million or 20,000-350,000 square feet, depending on product type


Structure

100% fee simple interest preferred. We will also consider joint ventures or similar structures.


Broker Relations

Brokers who bring us opportunities will be strongly considered for post-acquisition leasing and sale services.
